Life can look perfectly manageable from the outside while feeling very different on the inside. Many of the people I work with are accustomed to being capable, responsible, and dependable, yet find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, painful experiences from the past, or the sense that they are simply exhausted from holding everything together.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that understanding ourselves can create room for meaningful change. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, perfectionism, and difficult life transitions. Rather than applying the same approach to everyone, I draw from evidence-based methods while paying close attention to each client’s history, strengths, relationships, and goals.
Therapy with me often involves learning practical ways to manage distress while also becoming curious about the patterns underneath it. We may explore how earlier experiences influence current reactions, challenge beliefs that no longer serve you, or develop new ways of responding when anxiety or difficult emotions arise.
I see therapy as a partnership. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you understand what is happening, identify possibilities for change, and build the confidence to make choices that feel more intentional and sustainable.
